The SacrosTek Software Solutions Employee Referral Program is a strategic recruiting tool designed to empower and encourage our current employees to refer highly qualified candidates for open positions within the company. We believe that our team members are our best ambassadors and are uniquely positioned to identify individuals who not only possess the necessary skills and experience but also align with our company culture and values.
This program streamlines our hiring process by leveraging the networks of our trusted employees, helping us connect with top talent who might not be actively seeking new opportunities. By incentivizing referrals, we aim to attract passionate, skilled professionals who can contribute significantly to SacrosTek Software Solutions’ continued growth and innovation. It’s a win-win: employees are rewarded for helping us find great talent, and we strengthen our team with exceptional new hires.
Current SacrosTek Software Solutions employees are eligible to participate in this referral program. If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the first employee to submit the referral will be recognized as the referring employee. Please note, the candidate referred to an open position must not be a current employee of SacrosTek Software Solutions.
If a new hire, brought in through the employee referral program, remains with SacrosTek Software Solutions for at least 180 days, the referring employee will receive a special bonus of $100. There’s no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make or the referral bonuses they can earn.
Candidates can be referred to any open position by contacting HR directly. If your referred candidate is offered and accepts the role, HR will notify you, the referring employee. Once the new hire meets the program’s requirements, you must apply for the referral bonus with the HR Department, providing the candidate’s name.
